§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data
Below we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is any data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, email addresses, user behavior.
The controller pursuant to Art. 4 (7) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is AH Consulting e.K. (see our imprint). You can reach our data protection officer at info@ol-bau.com or at our postal address with the addition "Data Protection Officer".
When you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide (your email address, your name and your telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context once storage is no longer necessary, or we restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.
If we rely on commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you below in detail about the respective processes. We will also specify the criteria for the storage period.
External Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This may include, in particular, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website access and other data generated via a website. The use of the host is for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

§ 6 Tracker / Cookies / Tools
Integration of Google Maps
